Bravofly

    I had a terrible experience with Bravofly, and I would not recommend them to anyone. They applied hidden charges to my booking, which I only found out about after I had paid. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team, but they were unresponsive and never answered my calls or emails.To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my booking and request a refund due to the hidden charges, they refused to refund me. I found myself out of pocket with no support from their customer service team.It is unacceptable that a company would apply hidden charges to customers, refuse to communicate with them, and then refuse to provide refunds. This experience left me feeling scammed and disappointed, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using Bravofly.
