I would give zero stars. I have been waiting for 9 months for a refund. Bought a ticket through bravofly in May 2022 and bravofly cancelled the return journey “as per airlines advice”, promised refund in 2-4 months. Now bravofly is saying they cannot give refund and asking me to contact the airlines directly. Airlines saying they never cancelled the flight and no refund request was received from Bravofly. Absolute daylight robbery. They are scam artists.
