Very bad experience with Brainety! Scam! I only made an IQ test of 2.16 usd, that I paid accordingly. I didn’t receive any notice of subscription renewal in advance or a notice of this 38.86 usd that will be charged to my account. It’s an abuse from Brainety company not to inform me first on email about this fee. No one sent me a notice of the payment if not canceling the subscription. Actually you don’t have this option, you just receive an email after your money are debited from your account that you have a renewal subscription and only after you have a link to unsubcribe forward on. I filled a complaint on their support service and they replied that they can’t refund the money, because the trial period, that I didn’t even know it exists, ended. Big scam! I will not stop until recovering my money! I hate being fooled!
