There was an ad on Facebook to make an IQ test from Brainety, which I took. In no place was written that I had to pay to get the results, so I made the test and when I finished it a message appeared saying I had to pay for the results, which I did because I was curious. After a few days I was charged 38,41€ for an annual subscription that I didn’t subscribed. This company is a total scam, hence attracts people to do supposed free tests, and then charges for the results, and after that charges even more, counting that people don’t check it or simply don’t argue enough to be reimbursed. I wrote to the client support asking for a refund and I was denied it. I’ll make a complain about this company if they don’t make me a refund.
