Update 2: they have issued a refund for €8.90. This is clearly not the amount I wanted refunded. That is the amount I agreed to pay. The amount I would like refunded is €78.90 for the subscription I never agreed to and for which I wasn’t even sent an invoice. Please refund this amount. You can keep the €8.90. I am currently awaiting a reply.——————————————————Complete scam, I came here only to find out that I am not the only one who this happened to. I took an IQ test to which I agreed to pay €8.90 only to find out that I was somehow subscribed to an €80 eur auto renewal. Not one word anywhere. I found out about it the day I was charged. Obviously cancelled subscription and lodged a complaint with paypal. Paypal insisted that the transaction was done correctly. It’s clear now I was not going crazy. This is not mentioned anywhere during the whole payment flow. There isn’t even a way to see your subscription on your account because I double checked once the initial payment went through.They are now ignoring my emails.Avoid at all costs
