Yep, I was one of the fools that fell for the scam. You book the ‘sweet deal’, then you get the email, you go to the website only to find out there are NO DATES AVAILABLE. Like.. not even within 14 months from the date of purchase. So you’re basically forced to call their ‘customer service’. The lady starts off very friendly, at some point telling you that they want you to put in a $150 dollar deposit. They also offer you and ‘extra deal’ for $ 99. They gather a LOT of information on your personal financial situation, then when you can possibly book a vacation 6 months from now (no guarantees on the hotel you will be staying in), then they tell you its mandatory to sit in on a TIMESHARING presentation that will take a couple of hours. To top it off, when you ask for your money back, they tell you that’s only possible within 7 workdays after purchasing the deal. Thank God I know my rights. I informed the (now not so friendly anymore) lady that the phone call was being recorded and that if they didn’t cancel my deal with them RIGHT NOW, I would contact my lawyer and take legal action.Unfortunately that’s what it took took get me out of this scam.DON’T DO BUSSINESS WITH BOOKSI !!!!!
