Booking.com works with some partner companies who knows who they are for whose properties are not allowed to be publicly rated on booking.com. Which means basically that you can’t trust booking.com rating on those properties. I had a very negative experience with my stay and booking wouldn’t help me review the property publicly so that people know that that property was a scam. For so many years trusted booking.com and now I don’t, will be using other providers instead.
