DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM.they will literally sell you a fraudulent room, and will completely ignore your complaints, you’ll never get your money back. I ended up in a drug den I was sold through this disgusting website, no replies from customer service, no resolution. Left in an European drug den that was NOTHING like the photos or even in the LOCATION it was listed to be in. Booking.con did nothing but leave us in there (my husband is asthmatic) no refund, no compensation, legally remove themselves by claiming they are just third party and to take it up with the “hotel” itself.APALLING DO NOT USE. Ruined our trip, had to find somewhere else to stay on our own money. They took zero responsibility. They don’t even check the listings are even in the location stated. They are AWFUL.
