Disgusting company, buyer beware. Had two emails, one supposedly from hotel and one supposedly from booking.com saying need to pay again else booking will be cancelled, rang hotel it’s definitely booked and paid for, hotel asked me to contact booking.com, apparently I’m not the first of their clients to get scam email, but lo and behold, you can’t contact them, no phone number and no messaging service. Obviously booking.com security isn’t secure.
