Booking

    On 30th April 2923 I booked a room at AHG Sun Bay Mlilile in Zanzibar via Booking.com App. Instantly $778.99 was taken from my debit card instantly but their system crushed so I got a message pop up message that “we were unable to complete the booking. We will refund your money within 24 hours”. I telephoned and was told I would get the refund automatically within 7 to 14 days. It is now 14 days and I still haven’t received my refund. I sent several emails but they don’t respond. This company is a scam. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
