Honestly the worst, don’t book your flights through them they charge so much more extra than the direct airline, Scam you and don’t even bother to offer a refund, actually they refuse. I stayed on call to customer service and not only did they not help – they ended up cancelling my call. The worst customer service ever. Sranav & Ritesh Thakur were the people I spoke to (if that is their real names, for all I know they could’ve given me a fake one.) Ridiculous customer service.
