The customer experience and professional behaviour is not existing here. Due to incorrect advise from customer representative I had to pay more for my booking and was scammed. Now after all this experience I am not suprised of the rating of booking.com in TrustPilot. It is an absolute disaster, never listen to their customer experience advise or double check many time before making any decisions.
