SCAM and Customer service is a waste of time! Stay away!I had a price match on a stay I had booked recently and was initially told the room didn’t meet the requirements when clearly it did. I sent screen shots and links through to show them and they won’t issue the refund. I’ve called customer service numerous times and they are so rude and one customer service agent actually hung up on me. This company is a total scam and I will never use them again. Don’t use any of their other companies as well like Kayak and Priceline.
