1 star only because it is not possible to rate them 0. Fake promotions, incompetent customer support. I ordered an item which was on promotion. First they said the parcel ‘was lost’ and they would send me another item as soon as it is back in stock and gave me the expected date. A few days after mentioned date, I contacted them to see why I am still not receiving ordered item. They never sent it and after the promotion was over they returned my money and suggested to make a new purchase at much higher price. In my opinion, scammers.
