If i could give less than one star i totally would! They’re trained to scam you, be careful!The operator made a reservation guaranteeing that it was for 3 people’s occupancy. The email however only showed 2 people. When i called back they ended up reviewing the recording of the call and admitting it was their mistake. They offered a refund however, it’s been all day and nothing has happened. Every time i call they say i need to “be patient” and they’ll get in touch with me. I ended up having to book another room at the hotel spending double the money budgeted for the trip, while in Japan! Do not trust this company, they’re totally incompetent and they just charge your card. I will take it to a higher level if i have to because i was not prepared to pay double than what i agreed on with them
