Total Scam, no refund for the wrong product!!! I ordered a 12G RAM phone, but the one I received is 8G RAM. Arranged collection, the collection they arranged took over 10 days, but still unable to deliver, so I paid for a DHL delivery myself. Delivered next day(13th), they replied that a refund will be issued quickly, while no refund after 8days of delivery, after my continuous email chase, now they told me the delivered phone is not received and they even ask me to open a claim at DHL??? Guys stay away otherwise you’ll be like me, I lost 500pounds and I learned my lesson. Hope you can avoid it.P.S. The official response below is pretending to be stupid, he knows Liverpool is just a service area and no problem with delivery.
