    I placed an order on Nov. 3, 2022. Because of a back-ordered item, my ENTIRE shipment was delayed. I reached out to them on 11/22/22 to have them remove the back-ordered item and ship the remainder of my order. I have still not gotten my items to this day (12/6/22) and cannot get information from the tracking number on the site or through the Shop app, which I downloaded explicitly to track this order. I ordered the items for a vacation that has come and gone, but would still like them if this isn’t a giant scam…
