Terrible product that left small wounds all over my skin although I followed all the instructions. Customer support said I could either try it for more days (???), have half my money back, or pay to send it back +get 70% refund. Yes they don’t give all your money back. And the refund process took months. What kind of banking service they are using as an excuse? They’ll also keep sending you marketing emails despite the awful experience the product brought. Ugh. Honestly the thing works well for scrubbing your feet. At least I found a use case for this instagram scam.
