This company has stolen my coins and has not responded in any way to my query for 7 weeks the next 3 days I will report the company for fraud and make your behavior public in every way I can find.Updatet at April 04.2023After 2 months I now received a response from support on how to withdraw my money. I will try the procedure and definitely report here. Unfortunately I have two accounts with this company. There are different euro credits on the accounts after I have sold the coins. It currently appears that the higher amount is being paid out. The smaller amount cannot currently be paid out because there is still no linked bank account under this account, despite a small euro transfer from my bank. With the higher amount, it all worked out well until now and I hope my money arrives in my bank account soon. I will report again.
