I ordered a blendjet. I was out of town with my work when it was delivered. It came damaged. Outside packaging wasn’t broken. I contacted blendjet 4 times. They finally told me to reach out to Route…which is the shipping insurance they charge you for. After several emails because the package sit for 2 weeks before i opened it route agreed to refund my money. I used PayPal to pay and they entered the wrong email, left an l out of my name, for the PayPal refund. I proved I never received it. They said it had been issued and nothing they can do about it. What a scam!! Do not recommend!
