It takes FOREVER to remove hair and like other reviewers have said, its actually not usable on tricky areas like behind the knees, on knees and elbows and bikini line. I am regretting spending money on this product and when I emailed them to avail their money back guarantee, I have not had any response from the business. Complete waste of time and money, and poor customer service. Fraudulent money back claim!
