Scam, they blocked my account after 2 years of use with 2000€ on it and asked for documentions without the possibility of taking money out or do anything except that. They won’t unlock it even by sending documents, no reply or anything to emails. All financial institutions have the possibility of closing the account and taking money out when they block your account, but not bitsa. Support is non existent and they even ban and censor you on their social medias like telegram groups if you try to complain. Very bad behaviour!! BE AWARE, use something like Revolut. I’ll sue these guys.
