Day 5 and they haven’t paid my money I withdrew. Had been say in the 3rd stage of withdrawal for 48 hours. Contacted customer support who stated there is a delay, they have no idea what tge delay is and have no idea when I will get my money if I ever do?! Wish I could upload the chat screenshot I took of utter incompetence. All support said was wait and one day it shoushow up Luckily I paid via PayPal so will open up a claim to at least try to claim my deposits of £1000 back. Absolute scamming company , be warned!
