    And so the utter incompetence continues !!!!!I have used RESOLVER to try to find a solution. Eventually an “manager” suggested I formalised my complaint using a dedicated complaints email (must get quite a few !)I did as instructed by their “manager” and the complaint was bounced back because my email doesn’t match the email on their account !I have been instructed to change the email in my account to match the one I currently useHere’s the rub – they’ve BLOCKED the account so how the hell do I update the email address ??LIVE CHAT is utterly useless so is certainly not equipped for this particular issue So unfortunately staff who style themselves “manager” are as useless as the ordinary folk who work in Customer ServicesAVOID – as with everything in life it’s great until something does wrong . The stability of a company is measured by how good their customer services reacts when things go wrong – BETWAY is woeful !!! AVOID THESE TIME WASTING SCAM MERCHANTS at all cost !!!
