Locked my account for some reason so I emailed them however got an automated reply saying they no longer read emails. Rang them and got an automated message saying they don’t answer the phone anymore due to COVID-19 (this was February!!). Went on their live chat it said I was next in line however after 25 mins it just cut me off!! Absolute scam!!! DO NOT TRUST
