Completely a scam company, there’s 0 options to cancel or remove card details. I’ve noticed the system is broken and just loops you back to the “manage subscription” button while doing nothing, making you unable to cancel or manage anything.I have also emailed the company about refunding on day 1 of using BetterMe, with no email I tried again 3 more times that week. With no answer then and no answer now after a month of trying to contact them, 13 emails.From this evidence, I’m 100% this is a scam company, so be warned. I’m going to have to call my bank to block this company and blacklist it as scammers, you should do this same.
