Betterme Mealplan

    I subscribed the plan for 1 month with £15 on february, I am sure I carefully did not select any additional plans. But they managed to send me additional bills of £81,which I luckily managed to cancel with my bank. But after unsubscribing them and every attempt to cancel it since march, they are still taking payments from my account each month.Unfortunately they took my payement yesterday, on 10 May, when I was at work, when I was unable to call my bank.They try to scam people by making cancellation extremely confusing and tricky, so that they take the extra money from subscribers even if they wish to cancel. Why can’t these guys make cancellations of payment as easy as other businesses and earn some decent money rather than scamming people like this and take people’s hard-earned money?
