I paid for a trial of one week and all of a sudden £37.00 has gone out of my account without my permission. This App is fraudulent . There is no way I can afford sums like this. I am supporting a sick daughter and 2 grandchildren on a pension.How do I get in touch with these people in Dubai and cancel everything and get a refund?
