Absolute Scam!I downloaded the app with the free trial, however upon using it I didn’t enjoy it at all. I put a note in my diary that I needed to cancel on the last day on the trial however on that day they’d already taken the funds!I contacted them immediately to request a refund and cancellation of the membership.They replied to claim they didn’t have my details and my email didn’t match- I offered additional information to verify my identity. I have emailed SEVERAL times since August to get my money back but they have not responded.ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS COMPANY – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
