Made an order Nov 30 and got an order confirmed and Receipt #1623-8342 email on Dec 1. Got a tracking number along with an Order ID:2022113018401852659 on Friday that still says it shows its an invalid tracking number with a shipper named YANWEN. Apparently based out of china? If its an american company as ive seen in responses then why is that the shipper?! Ive emailed 3 times with no response. This site appears to be an absolute fraud. If i dont get a number to directly call or hear from them by the end of the day ill want my order canceled and money refunded!
