I did a transaction on 10 April 2023 which was cancelled and should have been refunded within 10 days. Today is 11 May 2023 and nothing yet.I sent 14 emails, reached out on social media platforms, DM’s and nothing.It seems as if Banxa is a scam and will not pay your money back if something happens. I would gladly use a more expensive option next time.
