Wildly incompetent.They took 27 days to deliver a package that claimed to be delivering from the UK, to the UK (clearly not). When asked about this about halfway through the process, the customer service was no help at all and refused to refund it. When it finally arrived, to my surprise, it turned out that they hadn’t paid the postage properly and I was charged an extra £3.50 by Royal Mail. I was then informed that because “tariff insurance” wasn’t taken at the time of the order, they wouldn’t refund me.The website is a scam, and you shouldn’t use it for anything you don’t mind being overcharged on after waiting for weeks.
