Over £1k worth of scooter didnt show up, wouldnt answer why, got me paranoid with the high amount involved. One of the webchat people was rude to me. Got Paypal to refund me, got an email full of bulls**t that it was my payment/stock level that prevented it from materialising. In truth i dont think theyre a scam, just a bit incompetent and rude
