I should have researched this company before ordering. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend’s birthday. Less than an hour after the charge was taken I received an email stating the florist they use in my area does not carry the flowers I wanted. They said there would be a refund issued to my card. I have emailed them twice more and they continue to say they are working on it. It’s been over a week and still no refund. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!
