Same story as others: order cancelled with no explanation, refund withheld. I strongly encourage anyone who’s dealt with Baby Blue to file a fraud report with the FTC, as I’ve done after seeing the reports here and on other sites. It doesn’t take long and may be the only way to shut them down.
