I was forced to pick 1 star to be able to move forward… nothing lower was available. Ordered flowers 9/21… paid Sam, apparently the only CSR for the whole scam of the company…2 hours or so later got email saying flowers could not be delivered… they didn’t know why but I’d get my full $52 refund w/i 2 days… today is 10/2, still no refund…I call, guess who answers… come on, guess… Sam…I said “Sam, are you the only CSR in this company”? “Oh nooooooo maam, I am just the nite CSR”…WHATEVER! He’s escalating it and I should get email tomorrow and refund in a few days… I’ll keep you updated…Grrrrrr
