Never again will I use this company. Same story everyone else is telling….ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a small town in Colorado and they were the only florist option available. Was so thankful to find them, but curious when my friend didn’t mention receiving flowers. Checked email and found they had cancelled my order and stated they’d issued a refund. 2 months later, refund was nowhere to be found. Called them 3 times to request a refund, but only heard ‘hold music’ each time. Gave up and finally called Chase to dispute the charge. This company is garbage. Can’t believe Google hasn’t ‘Cancelled’ them like everything else in this world. I hate scammers!!!!
