this is a scam…. customer service is rude and very disgusting …. they took the money and immediately sent no delivery message with a fake refund receipt … days of trying to reach them to actually refund the money has been countered with more disrespect and lies…. sending useless automated messages from (Cathleen Kaur -Customer Happiness Manager)…. this is a SCAM and must be stopped …
