Total scam! First let me say that this company claims on their website that they are a better business bureau accredited company. After doing research however they are misusing their label and have an F rating! I like so many others ordered flowers for my friend whose mother passed away June 30th. Within 30 minutes the order was cancelled. I emailed and received a follow up that there was no florist in the area to deliver… when you enter the zip code shouldn’t the website say this before it takes your money? I was told I would receive a refund in 3 days… kept checking my account… no refund. Fed up, I filed fraudulent charges with my bank and filed a complaint with the better business bureau and finally got a receipt for the processed refund and the money cleared my account today. People shouldn’t have to jump through hoops or have to continuously email seeking refunds! It seems as if they hope people aren’t following up or noticing their money gone!! Bottom line- shop elsewhere!!
