I was looking for specific info the website claimed it was behind a paywall it wasn’t there. I could justify the $1 trial but knew I would want to cancel the entire membership. So, I did literally half an hour after starting the trial. Then I got charged when the trial period ended.. customer service is responsive but won’t refund the money. It’s not a lot but these days it’s enough that I don’t want to right it off. So this is plainly a scam. They claim I didn’t click a link int he cancelation email, I know I did. I revisited the email and it had read as being cancelled that day. The annoying thing is they would probably have a good business model just charging $1 for bits and pieces of info rather than the racket they’re doing.Added 2/17So after a lot of back and forth I did get my money refunded.I did include screen shots of the email cancelled link they sent and showed it had been clicked. they were still using their legal jargon after this but I did use the score on this site as a way to reason with the. Basically I said if they wanted better reviews they really should work with customers and apparently that works. I thanked them and said I’d at least edit my review in return.
