    I wish I had seen these reviews prior to the “free” trial as it was far from free. They charged my account $19.99 within 24 hours and once I had discovered that charge on my account they refused to refund that illegal charge. It’s illegal to take any money before 48 hours free trial ends – but they did and after several emails they refuse to admit that is customer deception. They will reply with a stream of arguments putting the customer at fault. As someone else here commented – they really need to LISTEN and respect their customer’s concerns. And also as previously stated, small costs would work more effectively – better clearer highlighted information on ALL the charges (such as charging say an extra $19.99 for an in-app purchase of a report) should also be much bigger in view to customers. Hiding all these charges AND taking them from customer accounts before a trial ends is a SCAM.
