This is a scam! I was only mildly curious about the report, it took some money from me for that, okay.But: they instantly sign you up for a premium payed subscription, without being clear about it!!!!I want my money back š¤¬Edit: Nebula actually seems to have come through and promised me to make an exception and pay the subscription money back. There must have been tiny letters where I agreed to it, but I did not see. I still have to wait a few days to see wether I really receive my money, but I can say I feel hopeful now. For now I’m changing my 1 star to 3 stars based on customer service.I still feel they should be more open and clear about actually subscribing, I can see a lot of people having the same issue, but I’m glad their customer service didn’t just ignore me.
