I just joined last night and paid £29.99 and Subscribed for 3 month, but after couple of chats msg came and said your coins are finished, please top up to continue chatting!!!!! My £29.99 went down the drain in couple of hrs.I did request the Refund but this is what their customer service said::As I can see, you have already spent 45 Coins on messaging, as well as other membership benefits were used. I’m afraid there’s no opportunity for me to proceed with this request. So, the services you paid for were provided to you in full, and you have used them. Unfortunately, there is no ground to provide you with a refund.Is this a joke?!!!Nothing but Robbery.
