Paid £100 to reserve a room but was told that it was unavailable. Requested a refund 2 months ago and all the agent(Partha) says was to wait and that the refund is being processed. The agent constantly asked me to check my emails for the refunds despite knowing that nothing is being processed. Just trying to prolong the lie I guess.Scammers run this website, avoid it at all costs.
