This company is a scam company. I was buying a parking ticket in a council car park on The Isle Of Wight where it is app only, no cash or card accepted.Alltainment piggy back the app the Council force you to download when you go to buy your parking ticket. They then send you an email thanking you for commencing your free subscription for e-downloads and after five days you will be charged £24.99 a month. It isn’t really clear what service you’ll receive for this.In realising the scam, I immediately called Alltainment and spoke to a staff member that cancelled my “membership”. They have also emailed me confirmation that they have “cancelled” my membership.My bank HSBC is ensuring (as far as possible) they are not still able to charge me on a direct debit for their “services”.Shocking that this fraud is able to exist.
