My order was paid and ordered on 10/12/22. I paid I have an extra $26.98 for “express shipping” but My order was only delivered on 13/01/23! And when I say it was delivered – it wasn’t actually delivered to me! I’ve only just found my parcel soaking wet in the street around the corner from my house and it was on top a filthy wheeley dustbin. I am extremely unsatisfied with this service. I want you to send me your complaints procedure and I also request the amount I paid for “express shipping” because it was not express at all, in actual fact it took between 33-35 days to get here. Even when my package did finally arrive, it wasn’t delivered to the correct address and was delivered to a random house round the corner and put on a smelly rubbish wheeley bin. Avoid this company, they’re RUBBISH. UPDATE- after finally receiving my order, it wasn’t actually what I ordered!! I customised the back of a Leeds Jumper to say “CONAGHAN 10’ but instead it says on the back (and with a spelling mistake) ‘WE ALL LOVE LEED 20’ I am so disappointed especially as I paid $76.00 in total!!!I’ve asked for a refund but now they are ignoring me! SCAM COMPANY – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JOKE OF A “COMPANY”
