Terrible Company, just trying to work with customer service after dealing with their stupid bot was a real pain, was scammed out of over 8000 new zealand dollars by scammer on their site and I had to dispute it with Paypal who recently ruled in my favour, Aliexpress had frozen the order and just run me around in circles to no end telling me item was not shipped and to contact seller who they had banned so was not possible to cancel the order.I will be closing my account on their site they are just horrible people to deal with when youve been scammed.
