I stopped using AliExpress for many years as I received a faulty item costing me around £50. AliExpress favoured seller, even though I wanted it returned for a refund. Video evidence was provided. I recently needed a few items that I was struggling to find, and I had a look on there. I purchased several items. The higher value items turned up, however a few of the low value items stopped been tracked. It had been 3months. Had filled a claim, and guess what they closed my claim. Tracking clearly shows item hadn’t arrived in UK. I had to file a claim via PayPal. AliExpress are scammers who favour sellers. There buyers protection is total b.s.
