Ordered a keyboard from Aliexpress seller AliExpressShop1102133425 Store. Received but faulty. The support from the seller was very bad, Lodged a dispute and agreed return. However the shipping return was twice the goods value. Seller then started playing fames by not accepting return shipping costs. Will never use AliEx again, It allows scams and the customer services is very poor. Their buyer protection will send you in a loop. Contacting AliEx is very difficult. In the end got my refund through Paypal. Paypal were very easily contactable and a real human will listen to your case and concerns. So grateful to paypal uk for their great customer services. AliEx needs to be more customer focused like paypal and ebay. Closing my account with AliscamExpress
