I ordered stools on aliexpress Japan. the order was never sent. There was no tracking issued. I tried to contact the seller through their platform but they never replied either. Then I opened a dispute on the platfrom that did nothing. I opened a dipsute on paypal. The seller promised a refund to cloe the paypal dispute but never refunded anything. Aliexpress never helped, I was bouncved from an agent to another in the chat. They kept asking me to file a dispute. An agent said to write a report as well. The report was closed in favor of the crooked seller. Aliexpress is a platform for chinese scammers. Because of their policies, any order is considered delivered after 60 days. So the buyer always loses.Don’t buy from this platform. One day or another you’ll be scammed and Aliexpress just don’t give a damn about it.
